GS Solutions LLC was started in early 2010 with the sole business being an ecommerce website called breathalyzershop.com. With the start of breathalyzershop.com we have been getting slow constant business and this competition would be a great benefit to get some extra capital behind us to help fund our future goals and ventures. Currently we sell AlcoHAWK and BacTrack brand breathalyzers through our online store and have a wide variety to choose from. More and more schools, businesses, and even parents are using breathalyzers to keep track of people who have been drinking. We are locally owned and operated out of our new office on the University of Northern Iowa campus in the small business incubator. We are so fortunate to have the help of the University space and the people that work there. With the $1,000 prize money we would like to continue to promote our online presence with advertising and more articles to increase traffic.

We are also looking at expanding our business to include breathalyzer ventures with local downtown bars and restaurants. The problem with this is it involves a large upfront cost. Once we can get enough money to create this new partnership with local businesses we can begin to increase our profit and productivity. Also the increased business that we create in the local economy also drives more traffic in our own city and creates more money in our local community. Finally by the end of this year GS Solutions LLC would like to have our own brand name breathalyzers that we sell online and out of our Cedar Falls office. Creating a safe downtown and local community with our downtown breathalyzer venture can help keep the streets safe in a college town. Everyone knows how a college town can behave when there are many parties and events with drinking involved. Having breathalyzers and a good presence in the bars and restaurants can help cut back on this and make the police’s job even easier. Vote for our business today and come back again, Thanks!
