$5000 Contest!

The Dream Big Grow Here grant contest is an opportunity for Iowans to fulfill their dreams of self-employment or expansion of their current firm. Entrants compete online for a chance to win a $5,000 regional grant, and then become eligible to compete for a chance to win a $10,000 grand prize. The Division of Economic and Workforce Development at Iowa Western Community College works with individuals, communities, and existing and emerging businesses in southwest Iowa providing services and programs they need to remain competitive and thrive. The division provides services in the areas of economic development, workforce development, and entrepreneurial development.
