Valley Drug store is an independent, local pharmacy in Missouri Valley, IA. Our dream is to convert a historic Missouri Valley church into a pharmacy. The relocation to the church would place Valley Drug within very short walking distance of two senior living apartments and help residents who may no longer drive maintain independence. The additional space would allow us to expand to become Medicare accredited and offer products and services that are not currently offered in our community, such as durable medical equipment. Our goal is keep as much of the character of the church as possible. We'd be keeping a part of our community history alive by re-purposing the building from one place of healing to another.
