We are an Award Winning BBQ Vending and Catering business that serves premium BBQ at local fairs and festivals. We also offer a catering menu and keep busy catering weddings, reunions, graduations and many other local events. In order to grow we need to expand. We would like to offer roadside catering in different towns and areas of South East Iowa, but due to changes in state health regulations we need a different vending trailer in order to do so. It is also our dream to grow our catering business so that it can accomodate multiple caterings in one day or weekend. Our current licensed mobile kitchen is just to small to accomodate multiple events. In order to solve this problem our dream is to build a BBQ Barn that has a full service kitchen built into it to allow us to offer more products and to also offer a carryout menu. Growing in these ways would allow us to serve South East Iowa all of the time!
